The Collaborations and Partnerships function provides resources, locations, research, and other activities that draw community and academia together for clinical and translational research partnerships. This function aims to:
1. Enhance and expand intra-institutional multidisciplinary research
2. Enhance and expand Los Angeles-based collaborative research by including community partners, so that traditional academic boundaries are transcended to facilitate translational science
3. Facilitate the process of developing and submitting competitive grant proposals. Priority will be given to interdisciplinary, team-based proposals.
